Mid-rise apartments with lift and parking dominate, and the buyer pool is dominated by relocators and primary-residence buyers rather than holiday-home owners. Walking distance to supermarkets, banks and services is the practical sell, and bus access to the coast and airport handles the rest.
The Mijas primary-residence market — buyer demand is steady and counter-cyclical to summer tourist patterns. Resale is slower but pricing has held remarkably well through cycles.
