The premium for direct sea aspect over interior units in the same complex is meaningful and well-established. This is the more dramatic stretch of Mijas Costa, with cliffside terraces and direct beach access from many buildings. Refurbishment cycles run actively through older blocks, with renovation upside still available to buyers willing to take on the work.
A sea-view-led micro-market — pricing inside the same complex can vary 30%+ depending on aspect, so block-by-block knowledge matters more here than in the larger urbanisations.
